Roll-Off Dumpster Rental across Northwest Arkansas
Every job we do is a roll-off: a large, open-top rectangular container that rolls off a specialized truck onto your driveway, property or job site. It is temporary, easy to load with bulky materials such as furniture, drywall or debris, and it comes in five sizes from 10 to 40 yards. It is the efficient answer when a project makes more waste than a curbside cart or repeated pickup-truck trips can handle. This page is about the box itself: the sizes, the weight, the space it needs and what the price covers.
The yard is at 2501 SE Otis Corley Dr, Bentonville, AR 72712 — in southeast Bentonville, near I-49. Approx. road miles from the yard: downtown Bentonville 4, Rogers 4, Little Flock 6, Centerton 7, Cave Springs and Lowell 8, Pea Ridge 12, Bella Vista and Springdale 15, Highfill 16, Gravette, Decatur and Tontitown 18, Gentry 24, Siloam Springs and Prairie Grove 33, and Lincoln 41.

How a roll-off works
The truck backs in and sets the container on the spot you agreed. You load it over the open top, spreading the weight evenly front to back and side to side and keeping everything below the top rim — an overfilled container cannot legally be hauled. When you are done, call or text; the truck comes back, loads it and hauls it. Arkansas law requires every load to be built or loaded so nothing drops, sifts, leaks or escapes (Ark. Code § 27-35-110(a)), and the Benton County District wants open loads tarped above 35 mph (8 CAR § 110-612(b)(2)(B)).
Space is the thing to check before you book: about 60 feet of clear approach for the truck, about 25 feet of clearance overhead, free of wires and branches, and a flat, hard surface such as a driveway, gravel or pavement. Move vehicles, bins and obstructions in advance, and if you will not be home, mark the spot. In Bentonville, City Code § 42-80 says: "No pickups or hauling of refuse shall be made except by city-owned or authorized vehicles. Authorized vehicles shall be those as to which the owner has a written contract with the city." Homes and businesses use the City's collection service, run by a contractor under a City contract (§ 42-71), and we found no City page that mentions roll-offs or construction debris. So we check the City's requirements and the placement with you before booking.
What the flat rate includes
Our flat rate covers delivery, pickup, disposal and the rental period, along with the weight allowance for your size — about 1 to 2 tons on a 10 yard, up to 5 to 6 on a 40. Dumpster rental prices typically range from $350 to $750, depending on the dumpster size, the type of debris, the delivery location and the rental duration; the number of pickups or swap-outs counts too, which is why we quote each job rather than publish a price list. Two things can add to it: going over the included weight, where we weigh the container and an overage fee applies, and keeping the container past the rental period, which carries a small daily or weekly fee. There are no hidden fuel surcharges or environmental fees. Call (479) 364-6745 for a quote.

Roll-off rental in Northwest Arkansas — where the loads go
We work with local recycling and disposal facilities, and whenever possible debris like metal, concrete and yard waste is recycled instead of dumped. The rules set the rest. The Benton County Solid Waste District says building materials, including construction and demolition materials, must go to a transfer station or landfill, and a licensed hauler may take waste only to a fully permitted facility (8 CAR § 110-612(b)(5)). The District's special-waste drop-offs in Centerton, Rogers and Siloam Springs are for households only — no building materials, no household trash, no commercial vehicles — and in Siloam Springs the City transfer station is the only authorized disposal facility in the city (§ 82-40). State law keeps used lead-acid batteries out of municipal solid waste (Ark. Code § 8-9-303(f)) and whole tires out of landfills unless cut up or shredded (§ 8-9-403(c)(3)(A)). Hauling solid waste in Benton County takes a hauler licence from the Benton County Regional Solid Waste Management District (8 CAR § 110-603), and the District wants every roll-off a hauler uses to show the business name and phone number in letters at least four inches high on at least two sides (§ 110-612(b)(4)), with open loads tarped above 35 mph (§ 110-612(b)(2)(B)). In Washington County the Boston Mountain Solid Waste District's licence rule applies instead (District Rules § 9.02; tarps above 35 mph, § 9.03(c)). Neither District licence overrides a city's own hauling rules (8 CAR § 110-609(d); § 9.02(f)). Our what can and cannot go in guide says where the rest goes.
Answers
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental — your questions answered
Not covered here? Call (479) 364-6745 and ask.
What is a roll-off dumpster?
A large, open-top rectangular container for bulk debris. It gets its name from the delivery system: the container rolls off a specialized truck onto your driveway, property or job site, and is picked up the same way when you are done.
How full can I load it?
Keep everything below the top rim. If it is overfilled, we cannot legally haul it. Even weight distribution helps keep pickup smooth and safe. If you need more space, call and we arrange a swap.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
No. As long as we know where to place the dumpster, you do not need to be there — just make sure the area is clear of vehicles or obstacles. Mark the spot and text us a photo if that helps.
How quickly can you deliver?
Same-day or next-day in most areas around Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas, depending on availability. Call before noon for the best chance of same-day service.
Can I not just take it to a drop-off myself?
For household items, sometimes — the Benton County Solid Waste District's special-waste drop-offs take households only, with no building materials, no household trash and no commercial vehicles. Building materials, including construction and demolition materials, have to go to a transfer station or landfill. A roll-off is the option when the job is more than a trunk-load.
What does a roll-off cost in Bentonville?
Dumpster rental prices typically range from $350 to $750, depending on the dumpster size, the type of debris, the delivery location and the rental duration. The quote is flat-rate: delivery, pickup and disposal are all included, with no hidden fees. Call (479) 364-6745 with the address and what is going in, and you will have a clear price before delivery.
