Nature of our service

Bentonville Dumpster Pro provides temporary roll-off dumpster rentals for residential, commercial and construction projects in Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas — delivery, placement, pickup and the disposal of approved non-hazardous materials — together with junk removal. Depending on availability, project scope and location, we may provide the rental directly or connect you with an independent local dumpster rental provider ("Service Provider") able to fulfil the request. When you request a quote, call our number or submit information through the website, your information may be shared with one or more Service Providers capable of handling your project. We do not operate disposal facilities. Each Service Provider operates independently and is solely responsible for its own pricing, scheduling, delivery and pickup, customer service, waste disposal practices, licensing, permits and insurance, and performance. All rentals are subject to availability and to the city, county, district and state rules that apply at the delivery address.

Acceptance of terms

By using this website or contacting us by phone, email, text or online form, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age, that you have authority to request dumpster rental services for the property involved, and that you agree to these terms. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to transmit unlawful or misleading content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the website. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

No guarantee of service

We work to provide dependable dumpster rental, but we do not guarantee availability at all times or in all locations; delivery times are estimates; pricing may vary with the project, the provider and the location; and weather, traffic, road restrictions, facility restrictions or local rules may affect scheduling. Same-day and next-day delivery depend on availability, and in cities that control who may haul refuse, a booking depends on the City's requirements. Where a Service Provider handles your rental, the work is performed by that provider, any agreement about the rental is made directly between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for scheduling, delivery, damages or disputes arising from it.

Information collection and sharing

When you submit a form, call our number or request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project details and location. You agree to provide accurate information. It is shared only with those who need it to fulfil your request, such as a payment processor or a relevant Service Provider. The Privacy Policy explains more.

Booking, payments and pricing

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and depend on the dumpster size, the type and weight of the debris, the delivery location, the rental duration and any additional pickups or swaps. Our flat-rate pricing includes delivery, pickup and disposal within the included weight allowance; if a load goes over that allowance, we weigh the container and an overage fee applies, and keeping the container past the rental period carries a daily or weekly extension fee. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and payment is made when your booking is confirmed to secure your delivery slot. Bentonville Dumpster Pro handles pricing for the services we provide directly. Where a Service Provider handles the rental, payment may be processed directly between you and that provider, and quotes, billing, refunds, extensions and any overage charges are between you and that provider.

Rental periods and extensions

The standard rental period is 3 to 7 days unless otherwise agreed at booking, and your quote states the period. Extensions are available on request for a daily or weekly fee. Call or text when you finish so we can schedule pickup.

Use of the container

You agree to use the dumpster safely and lawfully. You are responsible for a safe, accessible placement area on flat, solid ground, with about 60 feet of clear approach for the truck and about 25 feet of clearance overhead; for keeping all debris below the top rim — an overfilled container cannot legally be hauled; for keeping clear access for pickup; and for keeping prohibited materials out. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, paint, solvents, oils and other hazardous liquids; fuel; hazardous chemicals; tires; batteries; gas cylinders and propane tanks; medical waste; asbestos; and fridges, freezers and A/C units that still hold refrigerant. Arkansas law keeps used lead-acid batteries out of municipal solid waste (Ark. Code § 8-9-303(f)) and whole tires out of landfills unless cut up or shredded (§ 8-9-403(c)(3)(A)). Concrete, brick and dirt go only in the 10 and 15 yard containers. Improper use may result in additional disposal fees or termination of service.

Property and placement

We take every precaution to protect your property during placement, and protective boards can go under the container on request. Unless protective measures were requested before delivery, you accept responsibility for any damage to driveways, lawns, curbs or paved surfaces. Do not move the container after placement; contact us if it needs relocating.

Permits and local compliance

Local rules differ from city to city. In Bentonville, City Code § 42-80 limits the pickup and hauling of refuse to City-owned vehicles and vehicles whose owner has a written contract with the City, and several other cities control who may haul; in those cities we check the City's requirements before booking. A container in a public street or right-of-way may need a permit, such as a Bentonville right-of-way permit (§ 50-721) or a Rogers ROW Use Permit, and Arkansas law allows no encroachments in state highway right-of-way (Ark. Code § 27-67-304), so containers are not placed there. If your dumpster will be placed on a street or other public property, you are responsible for securing any required permit, and for following any neighborhood association rules. We can offer general guidance, but final responsibility for compliance at your property remains with the customer.

Service provider responsibility

When a Service Provider is involved, it operates as an independent business and is responsible for obtaining proper licences, insurance and permits; complying with local, state and federal laws; safe and lawful disposal of waste; and damage prevention during delivery and pickup. Bentonville Dumpster Pro does not supervise or control the daily operations of independent providers and is not liable for their conduct or performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bentonville Dumpster Pro, its owners, partners and affiliates are not liable for any injury, property damage or loss arising from services provided by third parties; for delays, cancellations or failure to perform by any referred provider; for improper loading or use of a container or failure to obtain a required permit; or for errors or omissions in the content of this website. Our total liability does not exceed the amount paid for the specific rental service giving rise to the claim.

No warranties

The website, referrals and our services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including about the quality or reliability of referred providers, the accuracy of information on the website, or the fitness of any service for a particular purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bentonville Dumpster Pro, its affiliates and employees from any claims, losses or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the site or our services, your relationship or transactions with referred Service Providers, improper use of a container, disposal of prohibited materials, or a breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on bentonvilledumpsterpro.com, including text, graphics, images and logos, belongs to Bentonville Dumpster Pro and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction or commercial use of any of it without our written permission is prohibited.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and any dispute arising under them is resolved exclusively in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas. We may update these terms at any time; the updated version is posted on this page, and continued use of our website or phone service after that means you accept the changes.
