Commercial Dumpster Rental across Northwest Arkansas
Commercial customers have a different problem from homeowners: the job runs on a schedule, with staff, tenants or customers working around it, and the container has to be there and gone when planned. Construction and contracting firms, retail stores and shopping centers, property managers and real estate offices with tenant move-outs and apartment turnovers, restaurants with kitchen upgrades, warehouses with logistics waste, and community projects — daily, weekly and ongoing rentals are available for all of them.
One thing to know up front: in this part of Arkansas, the City often decides who may haul commercial refuse. In Bentonville, City Code § 42-80 says: "No pickups or hauling of refuse shall be made except by city-owned or authorized vehicles. Authorized vehicles shall be those as to which the owner has a written contract with the city." Homes and businesses use the City's collection service, run by a contractor under a City contract (§ 42-71), and we found no City page that mentions roll-offs or construction debris. So we check the City's requirements and the placement with you before booking. Most cities here control who may haul refuse. Rogers limits commercial hauling to haulers licensed by the City (Ord. 05-130, removed from the code book in 2026 but not repealed); Centerton (§ 5.08) and Cave Springs (§ 52.02) grant exclusive residential franchises, and Cave Springs wants commercial waste providers to have a written agreement with the City first (§ 52.02(F)); Bella Vista requires residents and businesses to use the City-contracted service (§ 22-1(b)); and Little Flock (§ 5.20.01), Pea Ridge (§§ 5.16.08(A), 5.16.10), Highfill (Ord. 2016-07), Springdale (§ 102-2(2)), Siloam Springs (§ 82-37(a)), Gravette (§ 36-22(2)b) and Prairie Grove (§ 5.04.01) each limit hauling to the City, its contractor or haulers it approves. In each of them we check the City's rules before booking. In Gentry, whose code we could not read, we check with City Hall before booking. Tontitown (§§ 53.02, 53.09) and Lincoln (§ 5.20.04(D)) set licence rules, and in Lowell and Decatur we found no exclusive-hauler rule.

Offices, retail, restaurants and property turnovers
An office cleanup or remodel, a store renovation or inventory clear-out, a restaurant kitchen upgrade, a warehouse cleanout, a property manager with tenant move-outs, a real estate turnover or foreclosure — these jobs make bulky debris in volume. Small retail cleanouts and office remodels fit a 10, light construction and store fit-outs a 15, roofing and medium job sites a 20, warehouse cleanups and multi-unit buildings a 30, and large commercial construction and demolition a 40. For ongoing work, ask about scheduled dumpster programs.
Two things matter more to a business than to a homeowner. First, what goes in: wood, drywall and construction debris, roofing and shingles, packaging, cardboard and plastics, office furniture and fixtures, pallets and metal scrap, and concrete, brick and soil up to the weight limit — but not chemicals, liquid paint, batteries, fuel, hazardous waste or medical materials. Second, who may haul it: Hauling solid waste in Benton County takes a hauler licence from the Benton County Regional Solid Waste Management District (8 CAR § 110-603), and the District wants every roll-off a hauler uses to show the business name and phone number in letters at least four inches high on at least two sides (§ 110-612(b)(4)), with open loads tarped above 35 mph (§ 110-612(b)(2)(B)). In Washington County the Boston Mountain Solid Waste District's licence rule applies instead (District Rules § 9.02; tarps above 35 mph, § 9.03(c)). Neither District licence overrides a city's own hauling rules (8 CAR § 110-609(d); § 9.02(f)). We are licensed & insured; ask when you book if your property manager or landlord needs proof of insurance.
Placement on commercial property
At a loading dock, on a private lot or on a job site we place where the truck can reach and the crews can load, clear of fire lanes, sidewalks and the flow of customers. The truck needs about 60 feet of clear approach and about 25 feet of clearance overhead. On a Bentonville street, a City right-of-way permit is needed for any work in the public right-of-way (§ 50-721), § 82-120 makes it an offense to obstruct a street, alley or sidewalk, and a truck over three tons may park on a street only while loading or unloading - in residential zones only between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. (§ 94-63). So the driveway comes first. In Springdale, commercial vehicles — including any vehicle used to transport waste — may not be parked in residential districts or the street right-of-way except while actually performing a temporary service on the property (§ 114-56). Arkansas law holds state highway right-of-way "inviolate for state highway purposes" and allows no encroachments in it (Ark. Code § 27-67-304), and we found no ArDOT permit for a container, so a container never goes in the right-of-way of I-49, US-71, US-62, US-412, AR-12, AR-72, AR-102 or AR-112. We build all of that into the delivery plan.

Commercial dumpster rental — the local specifics
Commercial hauling is where the city rules bite hardest. In Bentonville, § 42-80 limits refuse hauling to City vehicles and vehicles whose owner has a written contract with the City. In Rogers, businesses may contract only with haulers licensed by the City (Ord. 05-130), and a ROW Use Permit is needed before a dumpster goes in a street, right-of-way or public parking space. In Springdale, a private collector must contract with the City and pay the City's licence fee before serving customers who generate two cubic yards or more a week (§ 102-2(2)). Siloam Springs allows no one but City employees to collect solid waste without the City Administrator's written consent (§ 82-37(a)), and its code adds a ten percent franchise fee for outside roll-off haulers (§ 82-41(c)(4)). Bella Vista requires commercial establishments to subscribe to the City-contracted service (§ 22-1(b)), Little Flock bars residential and commercial customers from hiring anyone but the City's trash company (§ 5.20.01), Pea Ridge requires a City permit to operate a collection service (§ 5.16.10), and Prairie Grove collects all trash itself unless the City gives written permission (§ 5.04.01). In each of those cities we check the City's rules before booking, and we tell you where your job stands before the truck leaves the yard.

Commercial Dumpster Rental — your questions answered
Not covered here? Call (479) 364-6745 and ask.
Do you offer ongoing service for my business?
Yes — daily, weekly and ongoing rentals, with scheduled pickups for commercial clients. Contractors can set up job-site rotations, PO billing and notes by site.
Can you deliver outside business hours?
The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we do not promise night or Sunday drop-offs. In Bentonville, a truck over three tons may park on a street only while loading or unloading, and in residential zones only between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. (§ 94-63). Tell us about loading hours and access limits when you book.
Can you handle multiple sites?
Yes. Several containers at once, rotations and scheduled swaps across sites are routine for contractors and property managers.
How do you bill businesses?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and payment is made when the booking is confirmed to secure your delivery slot. Contractors can ask about PO billing. Where an independent provider handles the rental, billing may be handled by that provider — we tell you on the call.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed and insured. Ask when you book if your property manager, landlord or general contractor needs proof of insurance.
Do the rules differ by city?
A great deal. Bentonville, Pea Ridge and Gravette limit hauling to vehicles whose owner has a written contract with the City (§ 42-80, § 5.16.08(A), § 36-22(2)b); Springdale wants a City contract and licence fee for commercial collectors (§ 102-2(2)); Siloam Springs and Prairie Grove collect themselves unless the City consents in writing. In those cities we check the City's rules before booking. Each city page says what that city asks for.
