Junk Removal across Northwest Arkansas
Junk removal is the other half of what we do. Instead of dropping a container and coming back in a week, our crew handles all the loading, hauling and disposal — you point and we remove. It suits the jobs where the problem is labor rather than volume: single-item pickups such as sofas, mattresses and appliances, estate and rental property cleanouts, retail or office renovations, and junk emergencies and post-storm cleanup.
The rule of thumb on the phone: if it is a few items or a houseful you want gone in one visit, call the crew; if it is renovation debris, yard waste, a construction site or a multi-day cleanout you will load at your own pace, a self-load dumpster is usually the better deal. We do both, so you decide.
At a glance
What you get with junk removal
- A crew that does all the loading, hauling and disposal
- A flat-rate estimate based on volume and type of debris
- Furniture, mattresses, appliances with the Freon removed, office junk and computers
- Same-day or next-day service often available
- Items recycled and donated whenever possible
- Or a self-load dumpster from 10 to 40 yards
Cleanouts, turnovers and the one-off pile
Home cleanouts are the biggest category: decluttering, garage and attic cleanouts, moving prep, estate cleanouts, and tenant move-outs and eviction cleanups for property managers. Businesses are next: offices, warehouses and retail stores with old furniture, shelving, computers and fixtures. Then the one-off pile: a couch, a mattress, an appliance, renovation debris, or fallen trees and damaged materials after a storm.
Some things we cannot take: paint, fuel, oil, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste and batteries. Household paint and chemicals belong at the Benton County Solid Waste District's special-waste drop-offs — Centerton at 5702 Brookside Road, Rogers at 2307 North Arkansas Street, behind the City Recycling Center, and Siloam Springs at 1108 East Ashley Street — which take household items only, or, in Washington County, the household hazardous waste center run by the Boston Mountain Solid Waste District.
Junk removal or a dumpster — which is better?
A rough rule: if the job is furniture, appliances or a cleanout you want handled hands-off, call the crew — full-service junk removal is priced on volume and labor time, and you get the estimate up front, so there are no surprises on the invoice. If it is a remodel, a yard, a job site or a multi-day cleanout, a roll-off on the driveway is usually better value, because you load it at your own pace and the dumpster is priced flat by size. Multiple loads, ongoing projects and large item pickups get a tailored quote. We will say which on the phone.

Junk removal — the local specifics
Most public options stop short of a real cleanout. The Benton County Solid Waste District's special-waste drop-offs take household items only, with no building materials of any kind, no household trash and no deliveries in commercial vehicles. The City of Rogers Recycling Center on North Arkansas Street is a free self-service recycling drop-off. In Rogers, construction or demolition debris such as toilets, boards, plywood or cabinets does not count as bulky waste for curbside pickup, and Springdale's Public Works bulky-waste pickup for residents has its own limits (§ 102-6(b)). Cave Springs holds spring and fall citywide bulky-waste cleanups, but the City's contractor does not have to remove construction or demolition debris from private property (§ 52.05). Junk removal is for the pile that cannot wait for a cleanup day, or does not qualify for one. Usable items are recycled or donated whenever possible, and metal, cardboard, electronics and construction debris go to recycling where facilities take them.

Not covered here? Call (479) 364-6745 and ask.
How is junk removal priced?
Full-service junk removal is priced on volume — the cubic yards of junk — and labor time, and you get a flat-rate estimate based on the volume and type of debris before we start. Describe the pile, or email a photo, and we will give you a number.
Do I need to be there?
For the first visit, usually — someone needs to point at what goes and what stays.
Can you take appliances?
Yes, with the Freon removed. Tell us what the appliance is when you book.
Can you take a mattress or a couch?
Yes — old furniture and mattresses are some of the most common things we haul, from single-item pickups to whole-house cleanouts.
How fast can a crew come?
Often same-day or next-day across Bentonville, depending on scheduling. Call early in the day for the best chance.
