Bentonville's local dumpster company
Bentonville Dumpster Pro runs out of a yard at 2501 SE Otis Corley Dr, Bentonville, AR 72712 — inside the City of Bentonville, Benton County, in the southeast of town near the I-49 corridor. Bentonville is not just a service area for us; it is home. The idea is simple: dumpster rental that is fast, affordable and plain. Clean, well-maintained roll-off containers. One flat-rate price with no hidden fees. A delivery window we tell you up front. A local person on the line, not a national call center.
Benton County had 284,333 people at the 2020 Census, 54,164 of them in Bentonville. Homeowners call about garage and estate cleanouts, remodels, roofs and storm cleanup; property managers turn over rentals; contractors work new builds and renovations from Bella Vista down to Springdale and Prairie Grove. Knowing which of those a call is before the truck leaves the yard is most of the job — along with knowing that Bentonville limits refuse hauling to City vehicles and vehicles whose owner has a written contract with the City (§ 42-80), that most cities around it control who may haul in some way, that hauling in Benton County takes a District licence and Washington County has its own District, and that state highway right-of-way is off limits to containers.
Whatever you are clearing — a garage or a whole house, a job site, a yard full of storm limbs or a rental you want emptied by a crew — the container exists for it. Call (479) 364-6745 and describe it in a sentence.

What we haul

Pick your size
Weight and volume are separate limits. The material you are loading decides which one runs out first.

| 15 Yard Dumpster | about 16 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high | about 4–5 pickup truck loads | 2–3 tons | Garage, attic and basement cleanouts, flooring and carpet removal, kitchen and bath remodels, small deck and fence removal, light roofing jobs and yard waste. |
| 20 Yard Dumpster | about 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high | about 6 pickup truck loads | 3–4 tons | Kitchen and bath remodels, multi-room renovations, whole-home cleanouts, roofing, large landscaping jobs and light demolition. |

Why Bentonville chooses us
Bentonville Dumpster Pro is locally owned. The phone is answered by someone who knows the area — a tight drive near downtown, a job site off I-49, a sloped lot in Bella Vista.
Delivery, pickup, disposal, the rental period and the included weight explained up front. No hidden fees, no hidden fuel surcharges or environmental fees. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call before noon for the best chance of same-day delivery. If it has to be tomorrow, we tell you before you book.
Careful placement on flat, solid ground, with protective boards on request. If a tight drive, low wires or soft ground needs a different plan, we tell you before delivery.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard is the honest answer for your shingles or concrete, that is what we will quote you.
A wind or hail storm can bring down limbs and roofing in an afternoon. We tell you honestly when the container can be there, and the 15 and 20 yard sizes take most storm piles in one go.
Simple from start to finish
Most bookings take a few minutes.
One short conversation. We ask the address and the city — the rules follow the city the property is in — what you are clearing, whether a cleanout, a renovation, a roof, a yard or a job site, what is going in, roughly how much there is, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us.
We recommend the right size, so you do not pay for space you will not use or call for another pickup, and you get a clear, flat-rate price that covers delivery, pickup, disposal and the standard rental period of 3 to 7 days. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size. If your city controls who may haul, we check its rules before booking.
The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site where you asked, on flat, solid ground rather than the lawn, with protective boards on request. Often same-day or next-day, when availability allows. You do not need to be home if the spot is marked and clear.
Keep everything below the top rim and keep the problem items out — paint, solvents and oils, fuel, hazardous chemicals, tires, batteries, gas cylinders and propane tanks, medical waste, asbestos, and fridges or A/C units that still hold refrigerant. Need more time or a swap mid-job? One call.
Call or text when it is full or the job is done and we come and pick it up promptly. The load goes to local recycling and disposal facilities, and metal, concrete and yard waste are recycled instead of dumped whenever possible.

A two-minute call gets the size right, a straight answer on price and a delivery window.

Local knowledge
There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. In Bentonville, City Code § 42-80 says no pickups or hauling of refuse may be made except by City-owned or authorized vehicles — those whose owner has a written contract with the City — so we check the City's requirements and the placement with you before booking. On a Bentonville street, work in the public right-of-way needs a City right-of-way permit (§ 50-721), and a truck over three tons may park only while loading or unloading (§ 94-63). Pea Ridge (§ 5.16.08(A)) and Gravette (§ 36-22(2)b) have the same contract-only wording; Rogers, Centerton, Bella Vista, Cave Springs, Little Flock, Highfill, Springdale, Siloam Springs and Prairie Grove each control hauling their own way. In all of them we check the City's rules before booking. Arkansas law holds state highway right-of-way "inviolate for state highway purposes" and allows no encroachments in it (Ark. Code § 27-67-304), and we found no ArDOT permit for a container, so a container never goes in the right-of-way of I-49, US-71, US-62, US-412, AR-12, AR-72, AR-102 or AR-112.
Our service area page lists every community we cover, grouped by area, and each has its own page covering access, local character and what that city's own rules say about containers in the street and who may haul.
Credentials
Plain, checkable facts about who you would be working with — no invented star ratings or reviews.
Drivers who respect your property and place each container with care. Ask when you book if your property manager, general contractor or landlord needs proof of insurance.

Arkansas defines construction and demolition waste (8 CAR § 60-106), wants an asbestos inspection and ten working days' notice before most non-residential demolitions (20 CAR pt. 860), keeps lead-acid batteries out of municipal solid waste and whole tires out of landfills, and requires loads that cannot drop or escape (Ark. Code § 27-35-110). Every city page quotes its own sections.

Sizing
The 20 yard is our most popular size. How to choose between 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yards by volume, weight and driveway space in Bentonville.
Permits
Driveway first. What Bentonville Code § 42-80 says, the right-of-way permit, truck parking, the District hauler rule and each town nearby.
Cost
Bentonville dumpster rentals typically run $350 to $750. What a flat-rate quote covers, what moves the price and the extra costs worth knowing.
Where we deliver
We run roll-off containers out of our yard in southeast Bentonville to every community below. Many orders go out same-day when availability allows; distance and timing decide the rest. Who may haul and where a container may sit differ from city to city, and each page says so plainly. Not sure we reach your street? Call anyway.

Dumpster rental prices typically range from $350 to $750, depending on the dumpster size, the type of debris, the delivery location and the rental duration. We offer flat-rate pricing: delivery, pickup and disposal are all included in your quote, with no hidden fees. If a load goes over the included weight, we weigh the container and an overage fee applies, and we explain that up front. Call (479) 364-6745 for an exact price.
In most areas around Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas we offer same-day or next-day delivery, depending on availability. Call before noon for the best chance of same-day service. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we do not promise night or Sunday drop-offs.
In Bentonville the first question is who may haul. City Code § 42-80 says: "No pickups or hauling of refuse shall be made except by city-owned or authorized vehicles. Authorized vehicles shall be those as to which the owner has a written contract with the city." We found no City page on roll-offs or construction debris, so we check the City's requirements and the placement with you before booking. In the street, a City right-of-way permit is needed for any work in the public right-of-way (§ 50-721), and § 82-120 bans obstructing streets and sidewalks — so the driveway comes first. The Bentonville permit guide has the details.
Under our rules: paint, solvents and oils, fuel, hazardous chemicals, tires, batteries, gas cylinders and propane tanks, medical waste, asbestos, and fridges or A/C units that still hold refrigerant. Arkansas law also keeps used lead-acid batteries out of municipal solid waste (Ark. Code § 8-9-303(f)) and whole tires out of landfills unless cut up or shredded (§ 8-9-403(c)(3)(A)). If you are unsure, call us before tossing it in.
We take every precaution to protect your property, and protective boards can go under the rails on request. If a surface worries you, you can also lay plywood or boards down before delivery. Tell us when you book.
Think about the project's scale and the material: 10 to 15 yard dumpsters for small cleanups, roofing or concrete; a 20 yard for home remodels and landscaping; 30 to 40 yard for construction, demolition or large cleanouts. Count the job in pickup truck loads — about 3 for a 10 yard, up to about 12 for a 40. The size guide covers it; the phone call confirms it.
Bentonville and 16 communities around it: Rogers, Centerton, Bella Vista, Cave Springs, Little Flock and Lowell; Pea Ridge, Highfill, Gravette, Decatur, Gentry and Siloam Springs; and Springdale, Tontitown, Lincoln and Prairie Grove. Each has its own page with its own hauling and street rules.
Early. Same-day depends on availability, and a call before noon gives you the best chance. In the cities that control who may haul, we check the City's rules before booking, which can take longer than a same-day window. If a non-residential building is being demolished, Arkansas wants written notice ten working days ahead.
