Where we deliver in Northwest Arkansas

We run roll-off containers out of 2501 SE Otis Corley Dr in southeast Bentonville, near I-49, to every community below. Distance is the first thing that changes. Approx. road miles from the yard: downtown Bentonville 4, Rogers 4, Little Flock 6, Centerton 7, Cave Springs and Lowell 8, Pea Ridge 12, Bella Vista and Springdale 15, Highfill 16, Gravette, Decatur and Tontitown 18, Gentry 24, Siloam Springs and Prairie Grove 33, and Lincoln 41. Same-day or next-day is available when availability allows, and timing decides the rest. Neighborhoods without their own page are inside our run too.

The second thing that changes is the rules. In Bentonville, City Code § 42-80 says: "No pickups or hauling of refuse shall be made except by city-owned or authorized vehicles. Authorized vehicles shall be those as to which the owner has a written contract with the city." Homes and businesses use the City's collection service, run by a contractor under a City contract (§ 42-71), and we found no City page that mentions roll-offs or construction debris. So we check the City's requirements and the placement with you before booking. Most cities here control who may haul refuse. Rogers limits commercial hauling to haulers licensed by the City (Ord. 05-130, removed from the code book in 2026 but not repealed); Centerton (§ 5.08) and Cave Springs (§ 52.02) grant exclusive residential franchises, and Cave Springs wants commercial waste providers to have a written agreement with the City first (§ 52.02(F)); Bella Vista requires residents and businesses to use the City-contracted service (§ 22-1(b)); and Little Flock (§ 5.20.01), Pea Ridge (§§ 5.16.08(A), 5.16.10), Highfill (Ord. 2016-07), Springdale (§ 102-2(2)), Siloam Springs (§ 82-37(a)), Gravette (§ 36-22(2)b) and Prairie Grove (§ 5.04.01) each limit hauling to the City, its contractor or haulers it approves. In each of them we check the City's rules before booking. In Gentry, whose code we could not read, we check with City Hall before booking. Tontitown (§§ 53.02, 53.09) and Lincoln (§ 5.20.04(D)) set licence rules, and in Lowell and Decatur we found no exclusive-hauler rule. Hauling solid waste in Benton County takes a hauler licence from the Benton County Regional Solid Waste Management District (8 CAR § 110-603), and the District wants every roll-off a hauler uses to show the business name and phone number in letters at least four inches high on at least two sides (§ 110-612(b)(4)), with open loads tarped above 35 mph (§ 110-612(b)(2)(B)). In Washington County the Boston Mountain Solid Waste District's licence rule applies instead (District Rules § 9.02; tarps above 35 mph, § 9.03(c)). Neither District licence overrides a city's own hauling rules (8 CAR § 110-609(d); § 9.02(f)). On the street, Bentonville needs a right-of-way permit for any work in the public right-of-way (§ 50-721), Rogers wants a ROW Use Permit for a dumpster in a street or public parking space, and Lowell bars obstructing any street or sidewalk (§ 22-5). Arkansas law holds state highway right-of-way "inviolate for state highway purposes" and allows no encroachments in it (Ark. Code § 27-67-304), and we found no ArDOT permit for a container, so a container never goes in the right-of-way of I-49, US-71, US-62, US-412, AR-12, AR-72, AR-102 or AR-112. We are licensed & insured. Each city page quotes the section and gives the office to call. We would rather say it here than find out on delivery day.

The service area

Every community we cover, grouped by area

The run splits three ways: Bentonville and next door — Bentonville, Rogers, Centerton, Bella Vista, Cave Springs, Little Flock and Lowell; around Benton County — Pea Ridge, Highfill, Gravette, Decatur, Gentry and Siloam Springs; and Springdale and Washington County — Springdale, Tontitown, Lincoln and Prairie Grove.

Bentonville & next door

Bentonville, where the yard is, plus Rogers, Centerton, Bella Vista, Cave Springs, Little Flock and Lowell — roughly 4 to 15 road miles out (approx.). Bentonville's code limits refuse hauling to City-owned or City-contracted vehicles (§ 42-80), Rogers licenses commercial haulers by contract (Ord. 05-130), and Centerton, Bella Vista, Cave Springs and Little Flock each tie trash service to the City's chosen contractor, so in those cities we check the City's rules before booking. In Lowell we found no franchise, but containers stay off the street (§ 22-5). Same-day or next-day when availability allows.

Around Benton County

Pea Ridge, Highfill, Gravette, Decatur, Gentry and Siloam Springs — roughly 12 to 33 road miles from the yard (approx.). Pea Ridge and Gravette limit hauling to City-contracted vehicles (§§ 5.16.08, 36-22), Highfill has an exclusive franchise (Ord. 2016-07), and Siloam Springs collects its own solid waste and adds a franchise fee for outside roll-off haulers (§ 82-41(c)(4)), so we check the rules there before booking; in Gentry we check with City Hall. We found no exclusive-hauler rule in Decatur. Same-day or next-day when availability allows.

Springdale & Washington County

Springdale, Tontitown, Lincoln and Prairie Grove — roughly 15 to 41 road miles from the yard (approx.), in the Boston Mountain Solid Waste District (Springdale's Benton County side excepted). Springdale requires private collectors to contract with the City (§ 102-2(2)) and Prairie Grove collects all trash itself (§ 5.04.01), so we check the City's rules there before booking. Tontitown wants construction containers emptied by a Boston Mountain-licensed hauler (§ 53.09), and Lincoln licenses anyone who collects or transports solid waste (§ 5.20.04(D)). Same-day or next-day when availability allows.

Service area questions

Not covered here? Call (479) 364-6745 and ask.

Which communities are same-day?

Many of them, depending on where the trucks are and when you call — before noon gives you the best chance. The closest runs from the yard are downtown Bentonville and Rogers, each approx. 4 road miles, and Little Flock, approx. 6; the furthest are Siloam Springs and Prairie Grove, approx. 33, and Lincoln, approx. 41. In the cities that control who may haul, we check the City's rules before booking, which can take longer than a same-day window.

Do you serve places without their own page?

Call and ask — neighborhoods inside each community are inside our run; they just do not have their own pages. Tell us the address and we will tell you which rules apply. The rules follow the city the property is in, not the mailing address.

Why do city pages mention who may haul?

Because in Northwest Arkansas many cities decide it. Bentonville, Pea Ridge and Gravette limit hauling to vehicles whose owner has a written contract with the City; others grant franchises, require a City licence or collect themselves. On top of that, the Benton County and Boston Mountain solid waste districts each license haulers. We state what each city says, and where it limits hauling we check the City's rules before booking.

Is the price different by city?

Delivery location is one of the things the price depends on, so the furthest communities can cost a little more — we say so up front.

Where do the loads go?

To local recycling and disposal facilities. Whenever possible, debris like metal, concrete and yard waste is recycled instead of dumped. The Benton County Solid Waste District says building materials, including construction and demolition materials, must go to a transfer station or landfill, and its special-waste drop-offs are for households only, so we ask what is going in before we quote.
