Roll-off dumpster rental in Rogers
Approx. 4 road miles southeast of the yard, around 10 minutes.
Rogers is approx. 4 road miles southeast of the yard, around 10 minutes — as close as downtown Bentonville. Same-day or next-day when availability allows, once we've checked the City's rules for the job. Rogers is a city of 69,908 at the 2020 Census.
Rogers has two hauling rules a roll-off can run into. Under Ordinance 05-130, businesses, commercial establishments and industries may not contract for solid waste disposal with anyone the City hasn't licensed, private collectors sign a contract with the City every year, and the contract's definition of solid waste includes construction debris. Homes are under an exclusive residential franchise (Ord. 16-01), and residents may not hire anyone else for residential solid waste — the agreement doesn't say whether a homeowner's remodel container counts. The City's 2026 recodification took both agreements out of the code book but says they are “not repealed”. So we check the City's rules before booking a container in Rogers.

Local knowledge
Getting our bearings in Rogers
Knowing a city properly is the difference between covering it and showing up with the right box.
- Licensed haulers only — businesses may not contract for solid waste disposal with anyone not licensed by the City (Ord. 05-130, § 2), and the hauling contract counts construction debris as solid waste.
- Residential franchise — the City's residential contractor holds the sole and exclusive right to collect residential solid waste (Ord. 16-01).
- Dumpster permit for public spaces — the ROW Use (Temporary Closure) permit names dumpsters in public parking spaces or right-of-way, with a site plan and, in the street, a traffic control plan.
- Pickup hours — the City's commercial hauling contract allows pickups between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.
- Carts aren't for construction waste — curbside carts may not hold lumber, drywall, shingles, dirt or bathroom fixtures, and bulky-item pickup doesn't take construction or demolition debris.
- Recycling Center — the City's James R. Welch Recycling Center, 2300 N Arkansas St, is a free 24-hour self-service recycling drop-off, with the County District's special-waste drop-off behind it at 2307 N Arkansas St.
What comes out of Rogers properties
Rogers' curbside carts can't take “construction materials (e.g. lumber, dry wall, shingles, etc.)”, dirt or bathroom fixtures, and its bulky-item pickup won't take construction or demolition debris such as toilets, boards, plywood or cabinets — that's container work. Small clean-outs and garage jobs fit a 10 (about 3 pickup loads); medium renovations and yard work a 15 (4 to 5 loads); roofing, remodeling and landscape jobs a 20 (about 6); large clean-outs and commercial jobs a 30 (about 9); and demolition and construction a 40 (about 12). Concrete and dirt go in a 10 or a 15 only — heavy materials have strict weight limits, and tile, plaster, shingles and wet yard waste get heavy quickly. Arkansas counts the debris from building, remodeling, roofing and demolition — lumber, roofing, brick, concrete, siding, drywall, masonry, metal and glass among it — as construction and demolition waste (8 CAR § 60-106(15)). The standard rental is 3 to 7 days. Need longer? We quote a small daily or weekly extension fee. Finish early? Call and we'll schedule an early pickup.
What goes in: wood, drywall, tile and flooring, furniture and household junk, yard clippings and branches, roofing shingles and small appliances, with concrete and dirt in a 10- or 15-yard container only. What doesn't go in: paint, solvents and oils, fuel, tires, batteries, gas cylinders and propane tanks, hazardous chemicals, medical waste and asbestos — that's our own list. Arkansas law backs up two of them: a used lead-acid battery may not go in with municipal solid waste (Ark. Code § 8-9-303(f)), and whole tires can't be landfilled unless they're shredded or split (§ 8-9-403(c)(3)(A)). The state's landfill rules also keep liquid waste, and containers holding it, out of Class 4 landfills (8 CAR § 60-616). If you're unsure about something, call before it goes in. Our what can and can't go in a dumpster in Arkansas guide covers the rest. Household special waste goes to the Benton County Solid Waste District's drop-off sites: the main site at 5702 Brookside Rd (the District's Centerton site) and satellites at 2307 N Arkansas St in Rogers and 1108 E Ashley St in Siloam Springs. They are for households only — no building materials of any kind, no household trash and no delivery in commercial vehicles — so call the District at (479) 795-0751 for what each site takes. Rogers residents' yard waste can go to the Recycling Center or the Street Department at 3101 W Oak St; dumping at the City's yard-waste site needs the street superintendent's written permission (§ 46-26(b)).

Permits, placement and who may haul in Rogers
Who may haul — we check first: Rogers' Ordinance 05-130 says “That all business, commercial establishments and industries situated within the City of Rogers shall be prohibited from contracting for solid waste disposal with any individual or company which is not licensed by the City of Rogers and in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Ordinance” (§ 2). Its hauling contract has each private collector meet City qualifications and sign a contract with the City before taking customers, hold a Rogers business licence, sign a new contract every year and pay the City a franchise fee on commercial revenue; it counts construction debris as solid waste, and when construction contractors approach a private collector for temporary disposal, the collector “shall negotiate separate agreements with said contractors”. Ord. 26-51 (12 May 2026) moved the franchise agreements out of the code book but says they “are not repealed”. Out-of-town contractors working in the city need a Rogers licence too (§ 48-59). We check the City's rules before booking a container in Rogers. We're licensed and insured.
Homes: the residential franchise (Ord. 16-01) says “All residential customers of the City of Rogers are prohibited from contracting or hiring any other individual or firm for the collection and disposal of residential solid waste.” The agreement defines construction and demolition waste separately and doesn't say whether a homeowner's remodel container is residential solid waste — one more reason we check first.
In the street or a parking space: the City's ROW Use Permit (Temporary Closure) covers “placing dumpsters, equipment, work trailers, etc. in public parking spaces or ROW for work on adjacent property”, and “Completion and approval of this permit is required prior to closing any public facility or placing any equipment within public spaces.” It needs a site plan, an approved traffic control plan for any work in the street, and a separate ArDOT permit on state right-of-way, and it's good for 6 months. Street closures for construction go to the city engineer by 5 p.m. five business days ahead (§ 52-6(a)). Driveway first. You don't need to be home as long as we know where the container goes and the spot is clear of vehicles and obstacles. Leave about 60 feet of clear approach for the truck and about 25 feet of overhead clearance, free of power lines and branches. Our smaller containers fit easily in most driveways, and we use boards when needed to protect the driveway.
Hours and covered loads: the commercial hauling contract allows pickups “between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.” and says “All vehicles shall be covered and constructed so as to prevent the contents from sifting, leaking, or falling from the vehicles.”
County hauler rules: Arkansas leaves hauler licensing to its regional solid waste districts (8 CAR § 60-202). Benton County's district rules say “A person who engages in hauling solid waste within Benton County must obtain a license from the district” to collect solid waste in the district or transport it for disposal or storage there (8 CAR § 110-603(b)); every roll-off container must show the business name and phone number “in letters no less than four inches … high on at least two (2) sides of the unit” (§ 110-612(b)(4)); and a District licence “does not supersede any local government's issuance of an exclusive franchise for hauling within its boundaries” (§ 110-609(d)) — which is why the local rules on this page matter.
State highways: Arkansas holds state highway rights-of-way “inviolate for state highway purposes” (Ark. Code § 27-67-304(a)), and we found no ArDOT permit for setting a container on one — so a container never goes in the right-of-way of I-49, US-71, US-62, US-412 or a state route such as AR-12, AR-72, AR-102 or AR-112. Beside one, it goes on private property.
Covered loads: in Benton County, haulers' vehicles with open storage areas “must be tarped when traveling in excess of thirty-five miles per hour (35 m.p.h.)” (8 CAR § 110-612(b)(2)(B)), and state law bars driving any vehicle that isn't loaded so as to prevent its load from dropping, sifting, leaking or otherwise escaping (Ark. Code § 27-35-110(a)). Keep debris below the top rim — if it's overfilled, we can't legally haul it.
Remodel or tear-down: Arkansas' Asbestos Abatement Rule (20 CAR pt. 860) leaves residential buildings with four or fewer dwelling units out of its definition of a facility (§ 860-104(32)(A)), though disposal rules can still apply. For other buildings, the owner or operator has the building inspected for asbestos before demolition or renovation starts (§ 860-105), files a written notice with the Division of Environmental Quality at least 10 working days before any demolition, “even if no asbestos is present” (§ 860-201(a)), and gives the same notice for a renovation that disturbs at least 260 linear feet on pipes, 160 square feet on other components or 35 cubic feet (§ 860-203). Asbestos never goes in our containers — tell us if an inspection finds any.

How it works
Booking a dumpster in Rogers
Booking a container here takes one phone call and about five minutes.
Step 1: Call and tell us the job
One short conversation. We ask the address and the city — the rules follow the city the property is in — what you are clearing, whether a cleanout, a renovation, a roof, a yard or a job site, what is going in, roughly how much there is, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us.
Step 2: We size it and quote it flat
We recommend the right size, so you do not pay for space you will not use or call for another pickup, and you get a clear, flat-rate price that covers delivery, pickup, disposal and the standard rental period of 3 to 7 days. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size. If your city controls who may haul, we check its rules before booking.
Step 3: Delivered where you want it
The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site where you asked, on flat, solid ground rather than the lawn, with protective boards on request. Often same-day or next-day, when availability allows. You do not need to be home if the spot is marked and clear.
Step 4: Load it at your pace
Keep everything below the top rim and keep the problem items out — paint, solvents and oils, fuel, hazardous chemicals, tires, batteries, gas cylinders and propane tanks, medical waste, asbestos, and fridges or A/C units that still hold refrigerant. Need more time or a swap mid-job? One call.
Step 5: We pick it up and handle the disposal
Call or text when it is full or the job is done and we come and pick it up promptly. The load goes to local recycling and disposal facilities, and metal, concrete and yard waste are recycled instead of dumped whenever possible.

Local answers
Dumpster rental in Rogers — common questions
Not covered here? Call (479) 364-6745 and ask.
Can I get a roll-off in Rogers?
Yes. We check the City's rules before booking a container in Rogers, because Ordinance 05-130 limits commercial hauling to City-licensed collectors and homes are under an exclusive residential franchise. Call (479) 364-6745 with the address and the job.
Do I need a permit for a dumpster on a Rogers street?
Yes. Rogers' ROW Use Permit (Temporary Closure) names dumpsters placed in public parking spaces or right-of-way, and it must be approved before anything goes in a public space. On your driveway, the container stays off the street.
Can I put remodel debris in my Rogers trash cart?
No. Rogers' curbside carts may not hold construction materials such as lumber, drywall or shingles, or dirt or bathroom fixtures, and bulky-item pickup doesn't take construction or demolition debris.
How fast can you deliver in Rogers?
Same-day or next-day when availability allows, once we've checked the City's rules for the job. Rogers is approx. 4 road miles from the yard, around 10 minutes.
