Yard Waste Dumpster Rental across Northwest Arkansas
Outdoor projects make debris in bursts. A wind or hail storm brings down branches and limbs; a landscape remodel pulls out shrubs, mulch and plant beds all at once; tree trimming or removal leaves branches, logs and small stumps; spring and fall cleanups fill bag after bag. A yard waste container on the driveway takes all of it: no bags, no trailers, just load once and you are done.
Two things shape the job. Keep the load green: tree branches and limbs, leaves and grass clippings, bushes, shrubs and hedge trimmings, soil, sod and mulch, weeds, roots and plants, and small stumps all go in; treated or pressure-treated lumber, plastic planters, fertilizers, chemicals and bagged trash do not. And yard waste is light until it is not: soil, sod and wet leaves are heavy, so we size for the mix. For most homes a 15 or 20 yard is right for a seasonal cleanup.

Storm cleanup, tree work and landscape remodels
Storm cleanup is the big one. Wind and hail can leave fallen trees, branches and damaged landscaping across a yard in an afternoon, and a 20 yard on the driveway takes tree removal and storm cleanup in one go. In Bella Vista, storm debris may sit in City right-of-way only when it is there for prompt removal by a private company, and then it has to be gone within 48 hours (§ 22-2(c)) — a container on the driveway avoids the clock altogether.
Landscape and tree jobs are the planned version: landscape remodeling, tree trimming and removal, spring and fall leaf removal, and property maintenance for rentals or pre-sale yard makeovers. Commercial landscapers clearing full properties use a 30, and we can set up scheduled pickups for recurring green waste. Cut long limbs and logs to fit so they load flat and stay below the top rim.
Soil, sod and the weight line
Branches, brush and hedge trimmings are light. Soil, sod and wet leaves are not. A 20 of brush is nowhere near its weight allowance; a 20 heaped with soil can be well over it. Tell us the mix and we will size it — usually a 15 or 20 for the green waste and, if there is a lot of soil, a smaller box alongside. Keep the load clean: green material without trash or treated wood mixed in can be diverted for reuse and mulch production, and that only works when nothing else is in it.

Yard waste — the local specifics
Arkansas defines yard waste as grass clippings, leaves and shrubbery trimmings, and treats stumps and limbs as bulky Class 4 waste (8 CAR § 60-106). The cities set the rest. In Bentonville, yard waste may not go in the normal trash: residents use the City composting facility at 2000 Northwest A Street, and burning yard debris is prohibited at all times (City Code § 14-204). In Rogers, depositing material at the City-owned yard waste site takes the street superintendent's written permission (§ 46-26(b)). In Bella Vista, storm debris left in City right-of-way for a private company to collect has to be removed within 48 hours (§ 22-2(c)). A container is for the pile that is bigger, heavier or sooner than any of that. The home cleanout guide covers planning a big clear-out, and the what can and cannot go in guide explains what has to stay out of a green load.

Yard Waste Dumpster Rental — your questions answered
Not covered here? Call (479) 364-6745 and ask.
Do I need to bag the brush?
No — no bags, no trailers. Load it as it comes, cut long limbs and logs to fit, keep everything below the top rim, and keep bagged trash, treated wood and plastic out of it.
Can I put dirt in a yard waste dumpster?
Yes — soil, sod and mulch are accepted. Soil is heavy, so it goes in a smaller box or its own load within the weight limit. Tell us it is part of the job when you book and we plan the loads.
Can I put a whole tree in?
Cut to fit, yes — branches, limbs, logs and small stumps are fine. Big pieces are heavy, so tell us about them and we help you stay within the weight limit.
How fast after a storm can you deliver?
Same-day or next-day is often available, depending on availability — call before noon for the best chance. If the week after a storm is busy, we tell you honestly when to expect the container.
Can I just burn it instead?
Not in Bentonville: the City prohibits burning yard debris at all times (City Code § 14-204). Other cities have their own burn rules, so check with yours before you light anything.
